The State of San Andreas is gearing up for a major milestone this weekend as the MidwestRP community officially celebrates its 8th anniversary. What began as a small, dedicated roleplay group has grown over nearly a decade into one of the most vibrant, long-standing communities in the FiveM landscape—bringing together thousands of players, countless storylines, and a legacy of creativity that continues to define San Andreas today.
To honor the occasion, MidwestRP will host a full day of festivities both on Discord and in-game, inviting every member—veteran or newcomer—to be part of the celebration.
12:00 PM EST – Anniversary Town Hall (Discord Event Channel)
The festivities begin at noon with a special Anniversary Town Hall, taking place in a newly created Discord Events Channel.
During the Town Hall, community members will:
- Reflect on eight years of stories, memories, and shared experiences
- Watch a commemorative anniversary video produced by Adam V.
- Witness the announcement of the 2025 Community Favorites Award Winners, as voted on by the player base
The Town Hall serves as both a celebration and a tribute—acknowledging the people, divisions, and creative minds that have brought the State of San Andreas to life year after year.
8:00 PM EST – In-Game Anniversary Gala (Roxwood Governor’s Mansion)
The celebration moves in-game at 8:00 PM EST for a formal Anniversary Gala at the Roxwood Governor’s Mansion (Postal 1109 – Clam Way).
Guests can expect:
- Catering from notable San Andreas restaurants
- Live entertainment, including DJs and musical acts (to be announced)
- Complimentary shuttle service from the public lot at Postal 1103 (Shell Beach Road), courtesy of Gruppe Sechs security personnel
To maintain a smooth, immersive experience, the entire mansion grounds and surrounding area will operate as a No Crime Zone for the duration of the Gala. All criminal activity will be strictly prohibited to ensure a stress-free night of celebration.
Honoring Eight Years of Community
For many, the eighth anniversary is more than just a number—it represents nearly a decade of storytelling, departmental growth, community friendships, and the countless hours staff and members alike have invested into shaping San Andreas.
From law enforcement and civilian roleplay to businesses, criminal enterprises, news organizations, emergency services, and everything in between—MidwestRP has built a living, breathing world. And tomorrow, that world celebrates together.
