Leadership Transition Marks New Era for SAHP’s Specialized Enforcement Program

LOS SANTOS, SA — November 3, 2025 – The San Andreas Highway Patrol (SAHP) has announced a major leadership change within its prestigious Specialized Enforcement Program (SEP). Effective immediately, Superintendent D’adrian Davis has stepped down from his position, passing the torch to Christopher Besse, who will now lead the subdivision as its new Superintendent.

A Legacy of Dedication

Superintendent Besse’s promotion marks the culmination of years of service and leadership within the SAHP. Known among colleagues for his professionalism and forward-thinking approach, Besse expressed deep gratitude upon assuming command:
